To wash, or not to wash?
I believe in pre-washing & pre-shrinking when possible.
I will always pre-wash custom orders, & patchwork items.
Pre-washed items will be noted, since not all premade items are pre-washed.
The reason fabric of some premade items is NOT washed & kept in it's new state, is to retain the sizing & mildew resist found in new fabric.
Pre-mades are sometimes subject to a festival vending environment, therefore I feel it best to not wash out these treatments, unless potential shrinkage will adversely affect the item. Any items not pre-washed can be easily cared for, by using a cold/gentle wash & line drying, to avoid unecessary shrinkage.
How do I care for my purchase?
I recommend gentle, cold wash, & line drying whenever possible, to promote longevity.
However, any sewn items not containg appliques, CAN be tossed in the washer & dryer on your preferred cycle.
Creations containing large appliques should be laid flat to dry, when possible.
What is your return policy?
I believe in the quality of my creations & guarantee you will too.
However, if for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me before shipping any return, &/or to
coordinate plan of resolution. You have 48 hours from time of receipt, to contact me for return arrangement/notification.
All items must be returned in unworn, unused condition, within one week of notification date.
Custom Orders~I do not offer refunds on custom orders.
As a self-employed, independent artisan, I can not afford to absorb the cost of full refunds. I will gladly try to remedy,
alter, exchange the item, or issue you a KC credit for the purchase price, minus shipping.
Pre-made Items~Items must be returned, as they arrived, without alteration or use. Item can be exchanged, for another
pre-made item, or a refund can be issued, minus shipping & *merchant fees (*fees apply to credit cards).
Adjusted refunds will only be issued AFTER item is received for return.
